with Mediterranean Beef Patty

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 TRIBALÍ Mediterranean Style Beef Patties
  • 4 pita pockets
  • greens or lettuce of choice

Tzatziki Sauce

  • 6 oz Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
  • 1 heaped tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 Cucumber Salsa

  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch pepper

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine cucumber salsa in medium sized bowl. Stir to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Step 3

Preheat a grill pan and coat with non-stick spray or olive oil. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.

Step 4

Assemble pita's by adding greens, chopped TRIBALÍ patties, and cucumber salsa. Top with tzatziki sauce and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
